Access is part of the product.
JACROS Paris aims to make its digital storefront usable by people with diverse abilities, devices and ways of navigating. WCAG 2.2 Level AA informs our work, but this statement does not claim formal certification or guarantee that every third-party service is fully conformant.
We review the experience as content, commerce services and integrations change. Automated checks are paired with keyboard and visual review where practical.
Measures in the current storefront.
- Semantic headings, navigation landmarks and a skip-to-content link.
- Keyboard-operable menus, accordions, selectors, quantity controls, galleries and cart actions.
- Visible focus indicators and text labels that do not rely on color alone.
- Meaningful alternative text for product and editorial imagery.
- Silent video treatment, static poster fallbacks and reduced-motion behavior.
- Responsive layouts and touch targets designed for smaller screens.
- Labels, instructions and live status messaging for interactive forms.
- Readable contrast and browser zoom support in core content.
Known limitations and dependencies.
Stripe Checkout and the connected shipping-rate service are third-party experiences. We review their customer flow alongside the storefront and continue to evaluate accessibility after significant provider updates.
Product videos are silent and decorative; no essential product information is communicated only through video. If meaningful audio or dialogue is added later, accurate captions and transcripts will be provided.
A clean automated scan cannot establish full accessibility. Manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, motion and error-state testing remains part of release review.
