Place the tape comfortably against your wrist without pulling it tight or leaving a large gap.

If using paper or string, mark the point where the ends meet.

Measure in centimeters, then decide whether you prefer a closer line or more movement.

The length choice is not permanent. It mainly tells us whether to snap on the removable extension before shipment.
