1. Status, seller and acceptance.
The storefront accepts payment through Stripe and requests a USPS Ground Advantage shipping rate through EasyPost. Shipping labels are manually reviewed before purchase.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to this website and purchases offered by JACROS Paris, a jewelry brand owned and operated by Keystone Kustoms (“we,” “us” or “our”). No unverified corporate form is claimed. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and incorporated policies.
Adding an item to a browser bag does not create an order, reserve inventory or establish an account. A live order exists only after live checkout is explicitly activated and the order is accepted under these Terms.
Eligibility and customer information
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing complete, current and accurate billing, shipping and contact information; maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials; and promptly correcting errors. We may require reasonable verification to protect customers and the business from fraud.
Mandatory rights control
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or delays a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to waive. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection rule, the mandatory rule controls and the remainder of these Terms continues to apply.
2. Products, prices and order acceptance.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Photography, screen settings and ambient light can affect perceived color. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Plated finishes can change with wear. Review the stated materials, sizing and care instructions before ordering. The Marquise Bracelet is described as cubic zirconia set in a brass-and-copper base with a platinum-tone plated finish; it is not sold as diamond, solid platinum, waterproof or fine jewelry.
Availability and purchase limits
Products, colors and promotions are subject to availability. We may set reasonable per-person, per-household, per-address or per-order quantity limits; withdraw an item; or refuse service where reasonably necessary to comply with law, provider rules, sanctions, safety obligations or fraud controls. Inventory or scarcity messages must be based on current data.
Pricing, taxes and errors
Prices are shown in the currency identified at checkout. Applicable tax, delivery and any other mandatory charge will be disclosed before the order is submitted. A crossed-out or “previous” price must be a truthful, supportable comparison under applicable law; it must not be used if the business cannot substantiate it.
We may correct typographical, technical, pricing, promotion, description or availability errors. If an obvious or material error affects a submitted order, we may reject or cancel the affected order, including after an automated acknowledgment, to the extent permitted by law. We will notify the customer and refund amounts actually collected for the cancelled portion. We will not substitute a higher price or materially different item without affirmative agreement.
Submitting and accepting an order
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt or payment authorization confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. Unless mandatory law states otherwise, our acceptance occurs when we send an express acceptance notice or dispatch the item, as specified in the live checkout flow. Title and risk pass only at the time required by applicable law.
Before acceptance—or afterward where the law permits—we may refuse, hold or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or product error, incomplete or inconsistent information, payment failure, suspected fraud or unauthorized use, reselling or abusive ordering patterns, sanctions or export restrictions, an undeliverable address, purchase-limit evasion, site misuse, or a legal or provider requirement. A lawful cancellation by us results in a refund of the amount collected for the cancelled item; it does not entitle the customer to the benefit of an erroneous price or unavailable promotion.
Customer cancellation requests
A customer may request cancellation before shipment through Contact Support. We will try to stop fulfillment, but a request is not guaranteed once processing has begun or shipping instructions have been issued. If cancellation is no longer possible, the Return & Refund Policy governs after delivery.
3. Payment, screening and charge disputes.
Payment authorization
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the provider and us to charge the selected method for the disclosed total and perform reasonable authorization, address, identity and fraud checks. Payment-card details remain with Stripe rather than this storefront.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the transaction information is accurate. We may delay fulfillment while a payment, address or fraud review is pending. We may cancel if verification is not completed, but will not retain payment for an unshipped cancellation except as lawfully applied to another accepted part of the order.
Refund method
Unless law requires another method, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider posting times are outside our direct control. Store credit will not replace a cash or card refund where the law requires money to be returned.
Chargebacks and billing rights
Contacting customer care first can often resolve an issue faster, but these Terms do not waive or restrict lawful billing-error or card-dispute rights. You must not knowingly submit a false claim, misstate receipt or condition, conceal a refund, or seek both a refund and a chargeback for the same amount. Where a dispute is filed, we may provide the processor or financial institution with relevant order, authorization, policy, communication, fraud-screening and delivery records. We may refuse future transactions associated with confirmed fraud, abusive disputes or material Terms violations, subject to applicable law.
4. Shipping, returns and product care.
The Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Direct orders are limited to the United States, normally process within two business days, use dynamically calculated USPS Ground Advantage shipping, and have a 14-calendar-day return-request window after delivery.
Delivery estimates and delays
Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated as guarantees. We will maintain a reasonable basis for advertised shipment timing. If we cannot ship within the represented time—or within the default period required when no time is stated—we will provide any delay choice, cancellation and prompt refund required by law.
Address and delivery cooperation
You are responsible for reviewing the delivery address before submitting the order and for providing access or instructions reasonably required by the carrier. Contact us immediately about an error; changes are not guaranteed after processing starts. Our responsibility for loss or damage is not excluded where applicable law places that responsibility on the seller.
Care and misuse
Follow the published Jewelry Care instructions. Normal wear, plating change caused by exposure, accidental damage, modification, misuse or failure to follow care instructions may be excluded from voluntary remedies, but this does not remove rights for a product that was defective, misdescribed or otherwise nonconforming when supplied.
5. Acceptable use, content and intellectual property.
You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not:
- probe, scan, defeat or interfere with security, access controls or rate limits;
- introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests, scrape at a disruptive scale or overload the service;
- impersonate another person, submit false information or use a payment method without authorization;
- circumvent purchase limits, reverse engineer protected functionality, or exploit an error for improper gain;
- copy, publish, sell or commercially exploit brand assets, photography, copy or site design except as permitted by law; or
- use the site in a way that infringes rights, violates law or harms customers, the business or a service provider.
We may block, suspend or restrict access reasonably connected to security, abuse, fraud, legal compliance or protection of the service. We may preserve and disclose records when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce these Terms or protect rights and safety.
Ownership
The JACROS Paris name, logos, site design, copy, imagery and other content are owned by or licensed to the seller and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No right is granted except the limited, revocable right to use the site as these Terms permit.
Customer content and reviews
If a submission feature is later enabled, you must submit only content you have the right to share and that reflects genuine experience. Any license requested for customer content must be clearly disclosed at submission. We will not require a customer to surrender the right to give an honest review, and we will not buy or condition incentives on positive sentiment. We may moderate content for illegality, privacy, abuse, irrelevance, fraud or policy violations, but not merely because an honest review is critical.
Third-party services
Checkout, payment, delivery, analytics, social and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s service to the extent permitted by law, but this does not eliminate responsibility that applicable law places on us as the seller.
6. Disclaimers, liability and business protection.
Site availability
The informational site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access and may maintain, secure, modify or discontinue site features. This site-availability disclaimer does not disclaim statutory product warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
No styling or professional advice
Editorial and sizing content is general information. Individual fit, skin sensitivity and wear vary. Stop wearing the product if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where needed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither JACROS Paris nor its service providers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss arising from site use, including lost profits or data, when such exclusion is lawful. Any aggregate cap must be reviewed for the governing jurisdiction; no cap applies to liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.
Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by your intentional, fraudulent or reckless violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights. This is not an obligation to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct, negligence or a product defect.
Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused solely by events outside reasonable control to the extent the law permits, but this clause does not allow us to retain payment indefinitely, avoid required delay notices, or deny a cancellation or refund right that law requires.
7. Governing law and disputes.
We encourage customers to use Contact Support with a concise description of the issue and requested resolution. Informal contact is not a condition that shortens a statutory limitation period or blocks a lawful regulator, card or court process.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Keystone Kustoms’ place of business in Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that consumers retain mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence. Any dispute or venue requirement is subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. General terms and contact.
Changes
We may update these Terms for future use. The version presented when an order is accepted governs that order unless a change is required by law or agreed by both parties. Material changes will not be applied retroactively merely by posting them.
Severability, waiver and assignment
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms as part of a legitimate sale, reorganization or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law; customers may not assign order rights where doing so would create fraud or materially increase our obligations, except where law permits.
Entire agreement and language
These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement concerning site use and orders, without excluding representations or rights that law does not permit us to exclude. If translated, the controlling language must be selected and disclosed consistently with applicable law.
